Telephone/fax messages are for official business only; that is to say academics,  professional or religious bodies, community groups, and government officials . It is not for general requests. Phone messages outside of that area we answer at our discretion or not at all.

Past years have seen systematic abuse of our publics lines, especially the fax line. Our system penetrates caller ID blocking, registers the point of origin and after a specified number of voice or fax 'bombs' disconnects the number issuing us an alert while generating new numbers which will be web posted as soon as possible.

Note that our new phone systems are administered by contract to an outside company. It is their policy to rigorously investigate and provide data for prosecution concerning any malicious acts in this matter.
